Guizhou Asirixi General Aviation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the inviting unit) plans to travel the low-altitude flight project in the Asirixi tourist area. According to the actual situation, it is decided to adopt a competitive negotiation method to determine the cooperative unit for the project.

Content of 2. Competition
(I) qualification requirements
1. It has the legal operation and service capabilities of helicopters (Robinson R66 and above), powered delta wings, double powered parachutes and double paragliders.
(II) admission conditions
1. Pay the performance bond of 100000 yuan.
2. The crew members to be dispatched shall meet the employment requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration for the operation of the project, and shall obey the management of the owner within the cooperation time. It is forbidden to replace or withdraw the stationed personnel without the consent of the owner.
3. Successfully handle the flight airspace in the Asirisi tourist area.
