Remuneration and treatment
1. The probation period is one month, and the salary during the probation period is 2470 yuan. After the expiration of the probation period, the qualified one-year employment contract shall be signed,The base salary standard is2470 yuan/month/person, post salary and incentive salary shall be implemented according to the company's salary system.
2. Benefits: During the working period, the company provides free accommodation, social insurance and related benefits in accordance with the relevant system of the company.
3. After working for more than one year and passing the examination, the labor employment contract can be renewed. Those who meet the conditions can participate in the competition for high-level positions organized by the company.

Recruitment Procedures
1. Release information. Hezhang human resources network and the company's website published recruitment brochures.
2. Sign up. Participants sign up with relevant certificates, and the recruitment team conducts qualification examination. If the ratio of applicants to the number of places to be employed for each post is less than 3:1, the number of places to be employed shall be reduced accordingly.
3. Competition. The competition is conducted in two rounds by means of interview and defense skills test.
①The first round: all the staff to participate in the employment, only the interview reply.
②Second round: After the first round, the results of all participants will be publicized for a period of three days. At the expiration of the publicity period, according to the first round of results from high to low scores, according to the number of places to be hired for each post.Two times the proportion of selection into the second round, interview defense and skill test (ordinary waiters have no skill test, receptionists in the front office need to take part in computer operation, lifeguards need to take part in swimming skill test). For those who take the skill test, the interview reply score accounts for 60% and the skill test score accounts for 40%.
4. Inspection, physical examination and employment.After the second round, the results of the participants will be publicized for a period of three days. At the expiration of the publicity period, the inspection and physical examination objects of each post shall be determined according to the order of the second round of results from high to low and according to the number of places to be employed. The object of investigation shall provide a certificate of no criminal record issued by the local police station (if he is a member of the Communist Party of China or has worked in government organs, institutions and villagers' committees, he shall hold a certificate of no violation of discipline issued by the Commission for discipline Inspection). Those who pass the inspection and physical examination shall be included in the management of probationary personnel and sign relevant employment agreements. Those who fail in the inspection or physical examination will not be re-enrolled.
