General Rules for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Talent Reserve (Second Round)

 

Guizhou Province Asilixi Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a state-owned enterprise controlled by the People's Government of Hezhang County. Main business includes scenic area development, operation, tourism real estate development, hotel, catering services, etc. The company has Guizhou Roof Ridge Jiucaiping Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Hezhang County Asilixi Grassland Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Guizhou Asilixi Hot Spring Tourism Operation and Investment Co., Ltd., Guizhou Yizheng Security Service Co., Ltd., Guizhou Asilixi Special Equipment Co., Ltd., Guizhou Asilixi Travel Agency Co., Ltd., Guizhou Asilixi Tourism Transportation Service Co., Ltd. and other subsidiaries, the main business involves the development and operation of scenic spots, security services, special equipment operation management, transportation services, etc.
According to the development needs, with the approval of the competent department, the company recruits personnel for positions such as sightseeing car driving. The first round of reserve recruitment has been carried out, with a total of 192 talents in various positions. Due to the shortage of total talent reserves, the second round of recruitment of talent reserves is being carried out. details are as follows:
     Principles of 1. Recruitment

     3. recruitment conditions
(I) common conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, ideological progress, good moral character, and abide by the law;
2. Junior high school education or above;
3. decent style, love and dedication, obey the work arrangement;
4. Good health, able to adapt to the job requirements;
5. No criminal record;
6. Not in the party discipline, political discipline division stage;
7. There are no other circumstances under which recruitment is not allowed under relevant national laws and regulations.
(II) Specific Conditions
1. Sightseeing car driving post
(1) Hold a driver's license above C1 (special operation certificate for sightseeing vehicles is required when employing);
















(2) 18 to 50 years of age.
2. Security posts
Age 18 to 50 years old (security guard certificate is required at the time of employment).
3. Technical post of cableway
(1) Having experience in cableway installation and maintenance [one of cableway maintenance (S1 certificate), cableway driver (S2 certificate) and special equipment management (A certificate) is required for employment];
(2) 18 to 50 years of age.
4. Electrician post
(1) Having experience in installation and maintenance of high and low voltage power lines (an electrician's special operation certificate is required when employing);
(2) 18 to 50 years of age.
5. Bus driving position
(1) Hold a driving license above B1;
(2) 18 to 50 years of age.
6. Hotel Front Desk Position
(1) Familiar with computer operation;
(2) Fluent in Mandarin;
(3) Age 18 to 40 years.
7. Guest room (restaurant) service post
(1) Fluent Mandarin;
















(2) 18 to 50 years of age.
8. Lifeguard post
(1) Have strong swimming skills (a lifeguard certificate is required at the time of employment);
(2) Age 18 to 35 years.
9. Low-altitude flying posts
(1) can skillfully operate paraglider, parachute, delta wing, rotorcraft. (At the time of employment, paraglider positions must hold a double-flying license, power paraglider positions must hold a double-moving driving license, delta wing positions must hold a delta wing flight license and the flight time must be more than 100 hours, and rotorcraft positions must hold a commercial flight driving license);
(2) 18 to 45 years of age.
     4. recruitment process
This recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of issuing recruitment brochures, registration, qualification examination, interview (skill test), reserve and employment.
(I) Releases Recruitment Rules

(II) Registration
1. Registration time: from February 15, 2022 to the deadline for publication on the company's official website.
2. Registration method:
(1) Online registration is adopted. Candidates must carefully read the recruitment brochure and fill in their relevant information truthfully and completely. Each age group is calculated and the date of submission of the entry form shall prevail.
(2) Candidates can only choose one position to register and pay the registration fee, 50 yuan. Please note "Name ID Number" when paying the registration fee (the two-dimensional code designated by the company is attached). The application fee is used for examination and related work expenses. Once collected, it will not be returned. Please make careful decisions and pay after confirming the application.
Those who have signed up for the first round of talent pool recruitment and paid the registration fee, but have not entered the company's talent pool due to various reasons, and re-signed up for the second round of recruitment, will no longer pay the registration fee.
(3) The following materials must be provided when signing up: "Guizhou Province Asirixi Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Public Recruitment of Talent Reserve Personnel Registration Form", electronic scanned copy of my valid resident ID card, electronic scanned copy of my graduation certificate/degree certificate/professional qualification certificate, My recent bareheaded front color photo (jpg format). (4) Those with incomplete information or incomplete filling will not be considered and will be deemed to have given up the recruitment qualification; Delivery through other channels, unsuccessful delivery E-mail, delivery beyond the registration time, and failure to pay the registration fee shall be deemed invalid.

















(III) qualification examination
After the registration work is completed, organize the examination of candidates' registration qualifications. Applicants must truthfully provide their relevant information and materials. If the materials provided are incomplete or violate the relevant provisions of this recruitment brochure, their qualifications for this application will be canceled. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If it is found that candidates deliberately conceal important personal information or provide false information in any aspect of recruitment, they will be disqualified from applying and hiring, and they will be held responsible.

The interview (skill test) plan will be notified separately, subject to the official website of Asirisi Travel Company.
(V) reserves.
After this round of recruitment interview, according to the order of qualified scores (60 points and above) from high to low, the last place in the first round will be ranked, entered into the corresponding post talent pool, and publicized on the official website of Asirisi Tourism Company. If there is any objection during the publicity period and it is verified to be true, the qualification for entering the next link shall be canceled.
(VI) Hiring.
1. Negotiate. When the Company and its subsidiaries need to employ personnel in relevant positions, they shall formulate specific employment conditions according to the relevant requirements of the positions, and notify the personnel who meet the employment conditions from the corresponding talent pool to conduct interviews in descending order of interview (skill test) scores. If you are willing to join, enter the next link. If you don't want to join the company, choose the next person to negotiate until you reach the required quota. Those who are unwilling to join the company after negotiation for three consecutive times during the reserve period shall be removed from the corresponding talent pool.
2. Physical examination. Successful negotiation personnel conduct physical examination in public hospitals at or above the county level and submit physical examination reports. Those who do not attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place and submit the physical examination report shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
3. Investigation. A comprehensive inspection shall be conducted for those who have passed the physical examination, and a certificate of no illegal and criminal record issued by the public security organ of the place of household registration shall be provided within one week after the notification of passing the physical examination.
4. Publicity. After passing the inspection, the list of personnel to be employed will be publicized in the official website of Asirisi Tourism Company. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment agreement shall be signed according to the procedures.
The above-mentioned employment procedures shall be subject to the scheme at the time of employment.
     5. related requirements
In principle, the validity period of the (I) talent pool shall not be less than 1 year. When supplementary recruitment is required for special reasons in less than one year, the results of the new recruiters will be continued along the last place in the current reserve. For those who are re-recruited one year after the expiration of the term, the talents in the original database will participate in the re-ranking test, but they will not have to pay the registration fee. Those who have paid fees and participated in the recruitment of talent pool of Asirisi Tourism Company will not have to pay the application fee when participating in the recruitment of talent pool for corresponding or other positions in the future.
After the employment of personnel in relevant positions of the (II), the salary system of the corresponding positions of the relevant company shall be implemented, and the relevant social security shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the state.
This open recruitment of (III) is subject to the supervision of the higher-level Commission for Discipline Inspection, as well as the supervision of the news media and all sectors of society, and resolutely put an end to fraud and malpractice for personal gain.
