Guizhou Asilixi Culture and Tourism Group Holds the 2025 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Meeting.

On February 1, 2026, Guizhou Aixilixi Culture and Tourism Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. solemnly held its 2025 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xu Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and General Manager. All cadres and employees of the Group attended the meeting, which aimed to summarize past achievements, commend outstanding role models, deploy annual tasks, and unite all staff members to create a new chapter in the Group’s development.

Announce the commendation decision and set an example for striving forward.
At the outset of the meeting, Zhang Wangguo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, took the lead in reading out the “Notice on Commending Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Employees for 2025,” clearly announcing the list of recipients and thus setting the stage for the subsequent award ceremony. This round of recognition covers both collective and individual achievements, aiming to set advanced role models and inspire all employees to embrace a spirit of emulation, learning, striving, and surpassing one another.
The award ceremony was filled with a lively atmosphere, as the winning groups and individuals took to the stage one after another to receive their awards and honors.
Year-end assessment awards: The Finance and Asset Department, the Financing and Legal Department, the Grassland Company, and the Yinghai Company were awarded the “Third Prize in the Year-end Assessment”; the Engineering Project Department, the Discipline Inspection Office, the Water Investment and Water Supply Company, and four other units received the “Second Prize in the Year-end Assessment”; the Office (Party Committee Office), Chengxin Company, and Wenquan Company were honored with the “First Prize in the Year-end Assessment.” Additionally, six teams—including the Finance Department of Hengfeng Company—were recognized as Outstanding Grassroots Teams, underscoring the Group’s emphasis on grassroots combat effectiveness. Fifty-six employees were named “Outstanding Employees of 2025.” Xu Bin emphasized that he hopes those who have been recognized will continue to strive for even greater achievements, and that all employees should take the outstanding individuals as role models and endeavor to attain remarkable results.

 

Strengthen safety responsibilities; the "Red Flag" for mobility drives improvement.
Safety is the lifeline of enterprise development. To strengthen safety awareness among all employees, the Group continues to implement the “Mobile Flag” mechanism for safe production. At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Wang Tianjun read out the “Notice on Awarding Flags for Safe Production in 2025.” Subsequently, flags were presented to Jiucaiping Company, which earned the “Mobile Red Flag for Safe Production,” and Yinghai Company, which received the “Mobile Yellow Flag for Safe Production.” This initiative aims to leverage the motivating effect of the “red and yellow flags” to encourage companies to learn from each other and jointly enhance the Group’s overall safety management level.

 

The chairman’s speech sets the direction and inspires all employees to embark on a new journey.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Xu Yong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, delivered an important speech. In his address, he comprehensively summarized the Group’s achievements in 2025, briefly reviewed the Group’s decade-long journey of hard work, and provided a profound analysis of the current situation and opportunities. He also clearly outlined the overall guiding principles, key objectives, and specific requirements for 2026, offering fundamental guidance for all employees’ work.
