Work Briefing for the 7th Session of the “Spring Rotation Training Program” of Asilixi Culture and Tourism Investment Group, 2026
2026-06-08
To further strengthen the ideological foundation, cultivate a robust corporate culture, and refine the internal standardized management system, thereby comprehensively enhancing the overall professional competence of all employees, the opening ceremony of the seventh “Spring Rotation Training Class” for 2026 of the Asilixi Cultural Tourism Investment Group was held as scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on June 6, 2026, in the Jiugushui Hot Spring Performance Hall.

Xu Yong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He emphasized that holding the spring rotational training program is a key strategic initiative for the Group to implement its talent‑driven enterprise strategy, enhance the overall competence of its workforce, and promote high‑quality development in the cultural and tourism sectors. The seventh session of the training, which commences today, not only serves as a pivotal link that bridges the past and future in our annual rotational training plan but also presents a valuable opportunity for all employees to address weaknesses, strengthen areas of need, and elevate their capabilities. Xu Yong urged participants to: first, adopt a higher perspective and approach learning with an open‑minded, “empty‑cup” attitude; second, strictly observe discipline, maintain a rigorous academic ethos, and project the exemplary image of Aixilixi’s cultural and tourism professionals through sound conduct; and third, apply what they learn in practice, integrate knowledge with action, and demonstrate practical commitment and responsibility to drive the Group’s continued growth.

Following the opening ceremony, a series of specialized training sessions were held, with instruction meticulously tailored to three core areas: Party‑spirit education, corporate culture development, and standardized management of company policies and procedures. Grounded in the distinctive characteristics of the cultural‑tourism sector and the practical realities of corporate operations, the curriculum reinforced Party‑spirit cultivation, helping participants strengthen their ideological defenses and enhance their political awareness; it also delved deeply into the essence of corporate culture, fostering a shared vision for organizational growth; meanwhile, it systematically reviewed existing management systems and business processes, refining job‑specific performance standards. The program was pragmatic, concise, and highly targeted, closely aligned with the needs of frontline work.
This spring training session enrolled a total of 40 participants and lasted seven days. The curriculum was both comprehensive and highly practical, covering brand identity systems, hands-on implementation of corporate culture, theoretical and practical aspects of system and process development and standardization, occupational safety and emergency response, emergency simulation exercises, as well as theoretical and practical modules on event and conference management and public service etiquette—providing a well-rounded enhancement of participants’ overall professional competencies.
