I. Event Overview ​

Bijie City The 2025 Torch Festival Carnival and Summer Tourism Season Opening Ceremony will be grandly held at the Asilixitaipo Scenic Area in Hezhang County from July 18th to 20th, 2025. To fully showcase the city's agricultural and special products and local delicacies, we are now publicly soliciting businesses and sincerely inviting merchants to participate.

      II. Booth Planning ​

(I) Regional Division and Booth Details ​

High-end Commercial Area ​

Includes B1-B10 Booth No. 0. Among them, B 13-B25 No. 、 A total of 76 booths from B38 to B100 booths are reserved for The county's commerce bureau invites high-quality agricultural and special product businesses from our city to showcase their products and sponsor product displays, 12, B26-B37 B1-B Total No. booths are open to the public for 24 recruitment 招商。​

Power Supply: All booths in the high-end commercial area have electricity, suitable for merchants who need electricity. ​

Umbrella Rhyme Commercial Area ​

To drive the economic development of surrounding rural areas, J 133-J42  No. 10 booths are reserved for Xiaohai Village, J1 50-J159 No. 10 booths are reserved for Yingzui Village, J1 67-J176 No. 10 booths are reserved for Yingpan Village, J1 84-J193 No. 10 booths are reserved for the Ethnic Village, J 201-J210 No. 10 booths are reserved for Dazhai Village.

Power Supply: All booths in the Umbrella Rhyme Commercial Area do not have electricity and are more suitable for businesses that do not require electricity. commodity sales 。​

(II) Fee Explanation ​

High-end Commercial Area: Except for the reserved booths for agricultural and special product displays and sponsor displays, the remaining recruitable booths will be charged a sanitation management fee according to the standard of 500.00  yuan /booth.    Umbrella Rhyme Commercial Area: All recruitment booths (including the designated reserved booths for 5 villages), will be charged a sanitation management fee according to the standard of 30 0.00 yuan /booth. At the same time, to ensure that merchants comply with management during the event and properly use the company's free outdoor parasols, each booth needs to pay a 300.00 yuan deposit for the outdoor parasol. After the event, if merchants comply with the management regulations, have not damaged the company's equipment and facilities, and return the parasol on time without damage, the deposit will be fully refunded.

(III) Recruitment Rules ​

This recruitment follows the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness. The specific rules are as follows: Registration must be done in person with an ID card ( original ) to handle the registration on-site. Telephone and online registration are not accepted; booth rental follows the “first-come, first-served” principle , and each person can only rent ( original ) one booth per ID card.

    III. Registration Matters ​

(I) Registration Time ​

Merchants who intend to rent booths, please register on-site from July 13th to 14th, 2025 (9:00-17:30 daily); if the shops are rented out in advance, registration will automatically close. (II) Registration Location

(III) Registration Materials ​

Merchants need to bring their valid ID card (original) for registration. ​

IV. Entry and Operation Requirements ​

      After successful registration and payment of the sanitation management fee and outdoor parasol deposit (Umbrella Rhyme Commercial Area), merchants will receive a merchant pass, and can enter with this pass from ​

July 2025 16  to 17. Failure to enter on time will be considered an automatic waiver, and the paid sanitation management fee will not be refunded. ​

Due to the expected large number of people and traffic pressure during this Torch Festival, and the limited number of booths, merchants who have not obtained booths are especially reminded not to conduct business activities on their own at the Torch Festival site or within the scenic area. ​
