In accordance with project requirements, our unit is publicly soliciting bids for the construction of the Jiugushu Indoor Multi-functional Gymnasium project. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Basic Project Information

(1) Project Name: Jiugushu Indoor Multi-functional Gymnasium Project.

(2) Project Owner: Guizhou Asilixi Tourism Development Co., Ltd.

(3) Project Location: Liuquhe Town, Hezhang County.

(4) Funding Source: Company self-financing.

(5) Procurement Budget (Maximum Price): 732732.36 RMB.

(6) Procurement Scope and Content: All content within the scope of this project's engineering quantity list, including steel structure engineering, masonry engineering, and decoration engineering. See the attachment for details.

(7) Quality and Related Requirements: Comply with relevant national and industry standards, regulations, and technical requirements.

(8) Construction Period: From the date of contract signing 30 calendar days.

(9) Quotation Requirements: Bidders should quote based on the engineering quantity list and construction drawings (quotes exceeding the maximum price will be invalid).

II. Bidder Qualification Requirements

(1) Respondents must be legal persons or other organizations registered in China in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with valid and qualified business licenses, and have the ability to independently bear civil liability; legal persons, other organizations, or individuals who have interests related to the purchaser that may affect the fairness of the procurement shall not participate. Units with the same person in charge or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in bidding for the same section or the same procurement project without section division.

(2) Qualifications: Valid Class III or above general contracting qualification for building engineering construction and a safety production permit.

(3) Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract.

(4) No major violations in business activities in the past three years.

III. Submission of Quotation Documents

(1) Quotation (quote based on the engineering quantity list, provide original).

(2) Valid business license (provide copy).

(3) Qualifications: Valid Class III or above general contracting qualification for building engineering construction and a safety production permit (provide copy).

(4) Legal representative's identity certificate, power of attorney and relevant ID card copies (if any), contact person and contact number.

(5) Commitment: 1. Statement of no major violations in business activities in the past three years or screenshot of no violation record from Credit China; 2. Commitment to possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract; 3. Commitment to the authenticity and accuracy of the information.

Note: 1. All of the above must be provided and stamped, and one sealed copy submitted; 2. This inquiry activity does not accept joint bids, and sub-contracting is not allowed after the bidder is selected.

IV. Time and Place for Submission of Quotation Materials

(1) Time for Submission of Quotation Materials: Before 10:30 on July 4, 2025 (late submissions will be rejected and the quote will be invalid).

(3) Submission Method: On-site submission or mail (mailed submissions must have the quotation documents scanned and sent to the email address by 10:30 on July 4, 2025)

VI. Other Supplementary Matters

(1) Please pay attention to the announcement media for the results.

(2) Selection Method: No less than 3 valid bidding suppliers. If there are fewer than 3 suppliers, this bid solicitation will be deemed invalid. The winning bidder will be ranked according to the lowest price principle. If the first-ranked candidate gives up, the selection will proceed to the second-ranked candidate, and so on.

(3) Settlement Method: Actual settlement, the settlement price shall be subject to the audit results of the third-party settlement audit appointed by our company.

(4) Payment Method: Payment will be made according to the purchaser's funding situation, and the specific terms will be stipulated in the contract.
