I. In accordance with national laws, regulations, and relevant provisions, the Asilixi Tourist Area travel photography check-in project will be implemented through open bidding. Suppliers interested in cooperation are welcome to participate.
1. Bidding Unit: Bijie Asilixi Advertising and Media Co., Ltd.
2. Project and Overview:
(1) Project Name: Asilixi Tourist Area Travel Photography Check-in Project.
(2) Project Address: Asilixi Ertaipo Scenic Area.
(3) Project Content: Asilixi Travel Photography Check-in Project.
(4) Cooperation Period: 2 years
3. Minimum Competitive Price: Based on the revenue sharing ratio, the bidder accounts for 10%, and the cooperating party accounts for 90% (each bid base is not less than 2%).
4. Cooperation Method: This project will be open for bidding and cooperation.
(1) Distribution of operating income is combined with the minimum competitive price of the supplier.
(2) The cooperating party invests in the props, equipment, and personnel required for operation.
(3) Project Revenue Settlement: The previous month's revenue is paid on the 1st of each month.
(4) Other Conditions: The cooperating party must have the ability to promote the project online and build and market online travel photography ticketing to ensure the implementation of the travel photography check-in project.
5. This project does not accept joint responses and does not allow sub-contracting or transfer of contracts.
      II. Qualification Requirements for Cooperating Parties
1. A legal person or organization legally registered and existing in the People's Republic of China, holding a valid unified social credit code business license, and able to independently bear civil liability, with no less than 2 years of industry experience.
2. Must have more than 10 years of professional photography and videography, makeup, and other personnel configurations and provide relevant qualifications or supporting evidence;
3. No major violations in business activities in the past three years.
4. The cooperating party bears the costs of equipment and personnel required for the operation of this project.
5. The cooperating party strictly abides by relevant national laws and regulations, and accepts financial supervision and daily management by the bidding unit during the project operation.
6. Operational Time Requirement: From mid-July to mid-October each year.
7. If safety, fire, or other accidents occur during the operation of the project by the cooperating party, resulting in casualties among employees or tourists, or penalties from relevant government departments, the cooperating party shall bear all legal and economic compensation liabilities.

2. Selection Method: Based on the deadline of the bidding documents, the number of potential bidders is not limited, and the ranking of successful candidates is directly determined according to the bidding principles. If the first-ranked candidate gives up, it will be postponed to the second, and so on.
