Three, internship and accreditation methods

1. The duration of the internship is 1 year, and the on-the-job time must reach 200 days;

2. No technical guidance fee will be charged for the internship. During the internship, the accommodation fee will be calculated according to the standard of 60 yuan/day. The total number of days charged is 200 days, and no room and board fee will be charged for the part exceeding 200 days. The company provides examination guidance for interns and assists in handling relevant certificates. After obtaining the corresponding certificates, interns will pay the company a total of 12000.00 yuan (12,000 yuan only) for board and lodging incurred during the internship.

3. The policy of exemption and deferment of accommodation fees is as follows:

(1) If the intern fails the examination and fails to obtain the relevant certificate, the board and lodging expenses during the internship shall be exempted;

(2) Before the intern obtains the relevant certificate but does not solve the employment, the intern can postpone the payment of room and board expenses during the internship, after employment, a one-time payment, the company to obtain the ropeway certificate as a pledge.

4. The company uniformly organizes to participate in the national recognized ropeway professional and technical training and examination institutions for training and examination, and all expenses during the training and examination shall be borne by the interns themselves.
