Announcement Regarding the Removal of Guizhou Jinzhou Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. from the List of Financing Platform Companies

In accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on preventing and defusing local government debt risks and promoting the market-oriented transformation of local government financing platform companies, Guizhou Jinzhou Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. has undergone a comprehensive transformation into a market‑oriented enterprise and hereby officially announces its withdrawal from the list of local government financing platform companies.
Effective as of the date of this announcement, Guizhou Jinzhou Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. shall no longer perform local government financing functions. All receivables and payables arising from its market‑oriented business activities shall be borne by the company itself, and the local government shall not assume any liability for debt repayment.
This is hereby announced.
