The 2026 Asilisi Torch Carnival kicks off with great fanfare.

Main Venue: Asilisi Square (Convention and Exhibition Center)

During this event, our county will provide over 12,000 free parking spaces for residents. For details on the specific streets and areas where parking is free, please refer to the map below. All visitors are encouraged to park their vehicles nearby in an orderly and compliant manner.

Traffic conditions

July 24–26: Traffic Management and Route Guidance

During the event, the priority routes for ensuring smooth traffic flow are: Hezhang Toll Station—Yelang Avenue—entire section of Guangcai Road—entire section of Lianxin Road—entire section of Kangzhuang Avenue—entire section of the Second Ring Road, with priority given to maintaining unimpeded passage.

One-way traffic control section

Control Period: July 24, 2026, 08:00 to July 26, 2026, 24:00

During the control period, the following road sections will be subject to temporary one-way traffic:

The old National Highway 326 (in the direction from the Experimental Primary School toward the New Era School) will be temporarily one-way.

Temporary one-way traffic will be implemented on the road at the intersection near the People’s Procuratorate, heading toward Houhe.

Temporary one-way traffic will be in effect on Houhe Bridge Road heading toward Sanzhuanhuan.

2026 Asilisi Torch Carnival Season Performance Lineup: Renowned Actors and Singers Fan Shaohuang Warmly joining us, the Yi ethnic group’s singing king. Oje Aga ， Ajitai Group 、 Azi Aba Duo 、 Yi People Legend Group Singing the classics, Guizhou’s powerful vocalists Yang Wenzhi 、 Liu Xinyu With numerous singers sharing the stage, diverse art forms converge to ignite the timeless splendor of Yelang.

Travel Guide

High-speed rail:

Guiyang North → Bijie (fastest in about 50 minutes; second-class seat around 70 yuan)

Chengdu → Bijie (approximately 2.5 hours)

Chongqing → Bijie (approximately 2.5 hours)

Upon arriving at Bijie Station, transfer to a shuttle bus bound for Hezhang (approximately 1 hour, 40 yuan).

Airplane:

Bijie Feixiong Airport: Take the airport shuttle bus to Bijie Coach Station, then transfer to a direct shuttle to Hezhang.

There are no direct flights; you can land at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, take a bus to Jinyang Bus Station, and then transfer to the Hezhang-bound shuttle.

Passenger bus:

Guiyang Jinyang Coach Station → Hezhang (approximately 78 yuan, 3 hours)

Bijie Coach Station → Hezhang (approximately 40 yuan, 1 hour)

Liupanshui → Hezhang (approximately 50 yuan, 1.5 hours)

Weining → Hezhang (about 35 yuan, 1 hour)

Self-drive ：

Guiyang: Guizhou–Guian Expressway → Biwei Expressway → Hezhang County Town;

Chongqing: Take the expressway via Luzhou for a direct route to Hezhang.

The county seat is approximately 30 kilometers from the Jiucaiping Scenic Area; simply enter the scenic area’s name into your navigation app for direct access.
