To ensure the stability, safety, and consistent quality of our fresh meat supply and to meet the needs of our daily operations and business development, we are now publicly soliciting qualified fresh meat suppliers to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. We cordially invite eligible, high-quality enterprises to apply promptly. Details are set out in the following announcement:
    I. Target Candidates and Cooperation Model
Enterprises or individual business operators that possess legal operating qualifications and are engaged in the breeding, slaughtering, processing, and sale of live pigs, cattle, sheep, and poultry (including chickens, ducks, geese, etc.), capable of consistently supplying fresh, safe meat products, and with adequate supply capacity (with priority given to large-scale, standardized breeding and slaughtering enterprises). Upon successful review of application eligibility, such entities will be shortlisted as one of our company’s approved partners; when our company requires procurement of food ingredients, all shortlisted partners shall enjoy equal bidding and negotiation rights.
      II. Core Recruitment Requirements
1. Qualification Requirements: Applicants must submit complete, valid, and verifiable copies of all relevant legal permits and certificates, including the Business License, Food Business License, Slaughterhouse Permit, Certificate of Compliance with Animal Disease Prevention Requirements, and Wastewater Discharge Permit, all of which must be currently valid.
2. Quality Requirements: Fresh meat products shall comply with national and local food safety standards, exhibiting no signs of spoilage, off-odors, water injection, or the addition of prohibited substances, and shall be accompanied by complete inspection and quarantine certificates (each batch must be provided with the corresponding Animal Quarantine Certificate of Conformity and Meat Quality Inspection Certificate of Conformity), ensuring full traceability to the source.
3. Supply Capacity: Able to consistently provide sufficient fresh meat products in accordance with our company’s requirements, ensuring timely delivery and the ability to accommodate last-minute order increases. Possesses comprehensive warehousing and cold-chain logistics capabilities to maintain the freshness of fresh meat throughout the entire transportation process, which must be conducted at low temperatures in compliance with food cold-chain transportation standards.
4. Credit Requirements: No records of food safety violations or non-compliance in the past three years; no major quality-related complaints; no record of being listed as a discredited person subject to enforcement; sound business operations; a robust after-sales service system; and active cooperation with our company’s quality spot checks and related management activities.
5. Other Requirements: Bidders shall submit reasonable quotations and demonstrate a certain degree of bargaining power; agree to enter into a formal cooperation agreement and a food safety responsibility letter, strictly comply with the terms of the cooperation agreement, and accept our company’s routine supervision and performance evaluation.
      III. Recruitment Process
1. Application Submission: Prospective partners are required to submit their application materials (two hard copies and one electronic copy) within the deadline specified in the announcement. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Document Review: Our company will assign dedicated personnel to conduct a preliminary review of the registration materials, verifying qualification documents, supply capabilities, and other relevant information, and select qualified partners to proceed to the secondary review.
3. On-site Inspection: For partners that have passed the re-examination, on-site inspections will be conducted to verify the actual conditions of their farming/slaughtering facilities, processing procedures, storage facilities, cold-chain transportation equipment, and quality control systems.
4. Negotiation and Contract Signing: Our company will, based on the results of the qualification review and comprehensive assessment, enter into cooperation agreements with all qualified partners; the specific terms shall be governed by the executed agreements.
      IV. Required Application Materials
1. Partner Registration Form (attached);
2. Photocopies of qualification documents, including the Business License, Food Business License, Slaughterhouse Permit, and Certificate of Compliance with Animal Disease Prevention Requirements, all stamped with the official seal;
3. A photocopy of the legal representative’s identity card (with the official seal affixed); if another person is authorized to register on behalf of the applicant, an authorization letter and a photocopy of the authorized representative’s identity card must be provided.
4. Company Profile (including farming/slaughtering scale, processing capacity, supply scope, and collaboration cases, etc.);
5. Photocopy of the inspection and quarantine certificate for fresh meat issued within the past three months (with the official seal affixed);
6. Description of warehousing and cold-chain transportation facilities, along with relevant supporting documentation;
7. Quotation (must clearly specify product name, specifications, unit price, delivery lead time, payment terms, etc.);
8. Undertaking on No Violations of Laws and Regulations and No Record of Dishonesty (with official seal affixed).
      V. Registration Period and Contact Information
1. Registration Period: From the date of this announcement until our company issues a notice terminating the registration period (weekdays, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.).

      VI. Other Notes

3. No registration fees will be charged for this recruitment; all expenses incurred by partners in connection with the registration shall be borne by the partners themselves.
4. Partners selected through this recruitment will be subject to ongoing performance evaluations based on their collaboration; those who fail to meet the evaluation criteria may have their partnership terminated by our company.
