(V) Procurement Budget (Maximum Price): 15000.00 yuan.

(VI) Procurement Scope and Content: Excavation of drainage pipes in the south gate service area parking lot involving 5 houses for safety forensic testing

(VII) Quality and Related Requirements: Comply with relevant national and industry specifications, regulations, technical standards, and requirements.

(VIII) Construction Period: From the date of contract signing 14 calendar days.

(IX) Quotation Requirements: Inclusive tax lump-sum price (invalid if exceeding the maximum price).

II. Bidder Qualification Requirements

(I) Respondents must be legal persons or other organizations registered in China in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with qualified and valid business licenses, and have the ability to independently bear civil liability; legal persons, other organizations, or individuals whose interests may affect the fairness of the procurement are not allowed to participate. Units with the same person in charge or different units with controlling or management relationships are not allowed to participate in bidding for the same section or the same procurement project without section division.

(III) Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract.
