To enhance the service experience of Jiugushu Hot Spring Resort, we are now publicly recruiting partners for fish therapy, mud therapy, and affordable supermarket projects. We will adopt a joint venture model to achieve resource sharing and win-win cooperation. We sincerely invite capable operators to join us. Specific investment promotion information is as follows:
      I. Resort Overview
Jiugushu Hot Spring Resort is located in Liuquhe Town, Hezhang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Relying on natural high-quality hot spring resources, rich in various minerals and trace elements, it has extremely high health-preserving value. The resort boasts beautiful scenery and complete supporting facilities, integrating hot spring health preservation, ecological sightseeing, and leisure and entertainment functions. It attracts customers from surrounding provinces and cities, with huge market potential and broad commercial prospects.
      II. Details of Investment Promotion Projects
(1) Fish Therapy Project
1. Location: 2 locations (indoor/outdoor pool area of the hot spring center, approximately 20㎡ each)
2. Cooperation Content: Conduct health-preserving services using hot spring water and doctor fish, responsible for pool operation, fish fry maintenance, water quality management, and tourist services.
(2) Mud Therapy Project
1. Location: 1 location (outdoor bathing area, 120㎡)
2. Cooperation Content: Develop health-preserving projects such as mud baths and mud packs, covering product development, technician training, process design, and operational management.
(3) Affordable Supermarket Project
1. Location: 9 locations (indoor water park/hot spring center, etc., area ranging from 8-15㎡)
2. Cooperation Content: Sell beverages, snacks, and other goods, responsible for procurement, display, inventory, and store operation.
      III. Cooperation Model
1. Party A (Jiugushu Hot Spring Resort) Responsibilities: Provide operating space, basic decoration, and supporting facilities such as water/electricity, and set the selling prices of goods for the convenience store (affordable supermarket).
2. Party B Responsibilities: Bear the project investment, personnel wages, material procurement, marketing promotion, and other operating costs, and independently manage the project.
3. Profit Sharing:
(1) Fish Therapy/Mud Therapy: Profits will first offset Party B's investment costs. After recouping the investment, profits will be shared in stages (Party A 20%/Party B 80% in the first year, Party A 30%/Party B 70% in the second year).
(2) Convenience Store (Affordable Supermarket): Direct profit sharing based on operating income: Party A 10%/Party B 90%.
      IV. Cooperation Period
Cooperation Period: Two years, calculated from the date of contract signing.

      VI. Qualifications Required for Cooperating Parties
1. Entity Qualification: Independent legal person or legal operator, good credit, no major violations.
2. Industry Experience:
(1) Fish Therapy/Mud Therapy: Requires relevant service experience or technical resources (such as maintenance technology, product development capabilities);
(2) Convenience Store (Affordable Supermarket): Requires retail operation experience and a stable supply chain, familiar with the characteristics of scenic spot consumption.
(3) Business Philosophy: Acknowledge the resort's planning, cooperate in joint marketing, and abide by management regulations.
      VII. Registration Information
1. Time: May 21-23, 2025
2. Materials:
(1) Copy of business license, legal representative/personal identification;
(2) Proof of industry experience (such as cooperation agreements, performance data, etc.);
(3) Registration Method: Register on-site at Jiugushu Hot Spring Resort.
