Work Plan for Collecting and Promoting Photos for Cultural and Tourism Promotion in Hezhang County

      In order to showcase the rich cultural tourism resources of our county and enhance the visibility, reputation, and influence of our cultural tourism brand, we are launching a photo collection and promotional activity for Hezhang County's cultural tourism. To ensure the orderly progress of this work, this work plan has been formulated.
     I. Activity Theme
      "Hometown of Yelang · Peak of Qianshan"
     II. Organizers
      Hezhang County Propaganda Department
      Hezhang County Cultural Tourism Bureau
      Hezhang County Federation of Literary and Art Circles
      Guizhou Axi Lixi Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Axi Lixi Tourism Company")
     III. Target Participants
      Photographers and photography enthusiasts from all walks of life are welcome to submit works.
     IV. Collection and Selection Time
      Collection time: Starting from December 5, 2024, submissions will be accepted for a long time.
      Selection time: The first selection will be conducted on January 17, 2025, and subsequent selections will be organized as needed.
     V. Submission Requirements
      1. Submitted works should focus on Hezhang's cultural tourism resources, including but not limited to cultural landscapes, natural scenery, folk customs, specialty foods, industrial development, tourism activities, and other content related to Hezhang, showcasing its unique charm.
      2. Photos must be original, with high artistic standards and visual effects, clear images, and clear themes. Adjustments to brightness, contrast, color saturation, etc., are allowed, but the original scene must not be altered.
      3. Photo format should be JPEG or RAW, with each photo being no less than 5MB in size. There is no limit to the number of works submitted by each participant.
      4. Works that have been authorized for use by Axi Lixi Tourism Company and its affiliated companies will not be eligible for this collection activity.
     VI. Submission Method
      1. Participants should send their photos via email to the designated email address: bjhzxcb@163.com, or deliver electronic files to Office 13-30 of the Exhibition Center. Contact person: Zhang Ting, phone number: 15117505163.
      2. Please indicate "Hezhang County Cultural Tourism Photo Collection + Author's Name + Contact Number" in the email subject.
      3. The email content must include the work, work title, work introduction (about 50 words, including simple information such as the time, place, and theme of the photo), author's name, contact number, and other information.
     VII. Organization of Selection
      Experts organized by the organizers will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted works, determine the shortlisted works for use, and publish the list on the official platform of Hezhang Rongmei and the websites of the organizing units.
     VIII. Compensation for Works
      Selected works will receive a compensation of 500 yuan per piece (or per set), funded by Axi Lixi Tourism Company, but the company must be authorized to use the works.
     IX. Activity Promotion
      1. The collection plan will be published on Hezhang Rongmei, Axi Lixi Tourism Company's website, etc., to attract more participants.
      2. Axi Lixi Tourism Company and the Internet Association will be responsible for inviting photography bloggers, travel experts, etc., to promote the activity and expand its influence.
     X. Application of Results
      The shortlisted works will be designated as Hezhang's cultural tourism promotional works, led by the County Propaganda Department, with relevant units responsible for carrying out the promotion and use of the photos.
      (1) For townships (streets), county-level agencies, and office locations of enterprises and institutions, each township (street) and unit will be specifically responsible.
      (2) For main and secondary roads in urban areas, parks, squares, commercial streets, and bus stations, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Yelang Construction Investment Company will be responsible.
      (3) For farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, and other locations, the County Market Supervision Bureau will be responsible.
      (4) For passenger stations, highway toll stations, buses, and passenger vehicles, the County Transportation Bureau will be responsible.
      (5) For various scenic spots and hotels and restaurants managed by Axi Lixi Tourism Company, that company will be responsible.
      (6) Online media platform promotion will be the responsibility of the County Media Center.
      (7) Promotion of cultural venues in the county will be the responsibility of the County Cultural Tourism Bureau.
      (8) Relocation sites for poverty alleviation will be the responsibility of the townships (streets) with such sites.
     XI. Notes
      1. Selected works must guarantee originality, and authors must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc., and must not violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes arise from selected works, all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the author.
      2. The organizers have the right to use selected works in related activities, including but not limited to exhibitions, touring exhibitions, academic exchanges, publication, media reports, online dissemination, public service advertisements, etc., without additional compensation.
      3. When using selected works, the organizers should credit the author (crediting may be omitted for large outdoor advertisements, promotional videos, and other forms where crediting is inconvenient).
      4. All submitters are deemed to agree to and comply with the above regulations.
      5. The final interpretation of this activity belongs to the organizers.
